Dear Lord, just as Philip obeyed your command to baptize the eunuch, help us to also follow your will and commands in our lives. May we have the courage to stand still and listen to your voice, and may we be willing to go down into the waters of baptism and be cleansed by your grace. Thank you for the gift of salvation and for the example of Philip’s obedience. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
