Dear Lord, we pray that we may have the heart to give generously to those in need, just as the early believers did. May we be willing to lay our resources at the feet of those who can distribute them to those who need them most. Help us to be mindful of the needs of others and to give according to their needs. May we be instruments of your love and compassion in this world. Amen.
