Prayer based on Acts 2:33. Themes: Exaltation, Promise, Holy Spirit.
Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. Thank you for exalting your Son, Jesus Christ, to your right hand and for giving him the promise of the Holy Spirit. I claim this promise for myself today, Lord. I ask that you pour out your Holy Spirit upon me, just as you did for the disciples on the day of Pentecost. I pray that I may see and hear your Spirit at work in my life, guiding me, empowering me, and transforming me into the image of your Son. Thank you for your faithfulness and your love. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this which you now see and hear.
