Dear Lord, as we come before you today, we ask for your guidance and wisdom. Help us to fast and pray, seeking your will for our lives. May we lay our hands on those you have called us to serve, and send them out with your blessing and power. May your Holy Spirit go before them, preparing the way and opening doors for your gospel to be proclaimed. We trust in your unfailing love and grace, and we pray that you would use us to bring glory to your name. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
Verse: Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.

This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to fast, pray, and lay hands on others before sending them away.
