Dear God, thank you for the promises you have given us. Help us to cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, and to perfect holiness in the fear of you. Give us the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to you. May we always remember your love and grace, and strive to honor you in all that we do. Amen.
Verse: Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
