Dear God, I pray that I may always remember that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and that you dwell within me. Help me to honor and respect my body as a sacred vessel, and to use it in ways that bring glory to you. May I never forget that I am not my own, but that I belong to you, and may I always seek to live in a way that reflects your love and grace. Amen.
