Dear Lord, please help me to know how to control my own body in sanctification and honor. Give me the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to you. Help me to honor you with my thoughts, words, and actions, and to treat my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. May my life be a reflection of your love and grace, and may I bring glory to your name in all that I do. Amen.
