Dear Lord, help me to understand that whatever goes into my mouth passes into my belly and then out of my body. May I be mindful of what I consume and choose to nourish my body with healthy and wholesome foods. Guide me to make wise choices and to treat my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Matthew 15:17
This is a Command. The verse is a rebuke from Jesus to his disciples for their lack of understanding about the true source of defilement. The command is to understand that what goes into the mouth does not defile a person, but rather what comes out of the heart.
