Dear Lord, I claim the promise that when I go out to do your work, I will lack nothing. Just as your disciples did not lack anything when they were sent out without purse, bag, and sandals, I trust that you will provide for all my needs. Help me to have faith and trust in your provision, and to not worry about the things of this world. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always taking care of me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a testimony from the disciples that when they were sent out by Jesus without any provisions, they lacked nothing. It is a promise that God will provide for those who trust in Him.
