Praying from 1 Timothy 6:3 relating to Doctrine, Sound Words, Godliness.

Dear Lord, I pray that anyone who teaches a different doctrine than what is in accordance with your word and your teachings, may be led to the truth. May they consent to sound words and the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, and may they embrace the doctrine that leads to godliness. Help us all to stay rooted in your truth and to follow your ways, so that we may live a life that is pleasing to you. Amen.

Verse: If anyone teaches a different doctrine and doesn’t consent to sound words, the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness,
1 Timothy 6:3

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to adhere to the sound words of Jesus Christ and the doctrine of godliness, and to reject any different doctrine.
