Praying from 1 Timothy 6:6 relating to Godliness, Contentment, Gain.
Dear Lord, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me. I thank you for the gift of godliness and the peace that comes with it. I pray that you help me to always remain content in all circumstances, knowing that you are in control and that you will provide for all my needs.
I claim the promise in your word that says, “But godliness with contentment is great gain.” I pray that you help me to live a godly life, pleasing to you in every way. May I always seek your will and follow your ways, knowing that in doing so, I will find true contentment and joy.
Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the promise of great gain that comes with godliness and contentment. I trust in you and your provision for my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
