Praying from 1 Timothy 1:10 relating to Sin, morality, sound doctrine.
Dear God, we come before you today and ask for your forgiveness and guidance. We acknowledge that we have sinned and fallen short of your glory. We pray for those who struggle with sexual immorality and homosexuality, that they may find strength and healing in you. We pray for those involved in the slave trade, that they may see the error of their ways and turn to you for redemption. We ask for your help in overcoming our own tendencies towards lying and deceit, and for the courage to always speak the truth. We pray for all those who are living contrary to your sound doctrine, that they may be convicted by your Holy Spirit and turn towards you. We thank you for your grace and mercy, and ask for your continued guidance and protection in our lives. Amen.
Verse: for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine,

This is a Command. The verse is instructing the reader to avoid and abstain from engaging in any behavior that goes against sound doctrine, including sexual immorality, homosexuality, slave-trading, lying, and perjury.
