Dear Lord, we come before you with humble hearts, seeking your guidance and wisdom. We ask that you help us understand the true meaning of marriage and the importance of commitment. We pray that you soften our hearts and help us to overcome any challenges that may arise in our relationships. We thank you for your grace and mercy, and we ask that you continue to bless us with your love and guidance. Amen.

Verse: He said to them,“Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it has not been so.
Matthew 19:8

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to not divorce their spouse, as it was not God’s original plan for marriage.
