Dear Lord, as we come together in the assembly, we pray that there may be no divisions among us. Help us to be united in our faith and love for one another. We ask for your guidance and wisdom to overcome any disagreements or misunderstandings that may arise. May we always strive to be a community that is built on love, respect, and understanding. We pray that our hearts may be open to one another and that we may be quick to forgive and reconcile. We ask for your grace to help us overcome any divisions that may exist among us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: For first of all, when you come together in the assembly, I hear that divisions exist among you, and I partly believe it.

This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to address and resolve any divisions that may exist within their assembly.
