Praying from Romans 2:7. Themes: perseverance, well-doing, eternal life

Dear Lord, I come before you today seeking your grace and mercy. I pray that you would help me to persevere in well-doing, so that I may seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility. I know that eternal life is promised to those who seek after these things, and I claim that promise for myself today. Please give me the strength and courage to continue doing good, even when it is difficult. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on you, and to trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness. Thank you for your promises, and for the hope that they bring. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
