Father God, I thank you for the promise that if the uncircumcised keep the ordinances of the law, their uncircumcision will be accounted as circumcision. I claim this promise for myself and for those who may not have received physical circumcision but have kept your commandments. May their obedience be counted as righteousness in your sight. Help us to continue to follow your ways and to honor you with our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Romans 2:26
This is a Promise. The verse suggests that if an uncircumcised person follows the laws of God, they will be considered as if they were circumcised.
