Dear God,
Help us to understand and accept the calling that you have placed upon our lives. May we not compare ourselves to others or strive for positions that are not meant for us. Instead, may we find contentment and fulfillment in the work that you have given us to do. Give us the strength and courage to persevere in our calling, even when it is difficult or challenging. May we use our talents and abilities to serve you and others, and bring glory to your name. Amen.
Verse: Let each man stay in that calling in which he was called.
1 Corinthians 7:20
This is a Command. The verse is instructing the reader to remain in the occupation or position they were in when they became a believer.
