Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that if we live, we live to you, and if we die, we die to you. I claim this promise today and declare that whether I live or die, I am yours. I surrender my life to you and ask that you guide me in all that I do. Help me to live each day for your glory and to trust in your plan for my life. Thank you for your love and faithfulness, and for the assurance that I belong to you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
Romans 14:8
