Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you still the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations. I ask that you calm the storms in my life and in the world around me. Help me to trust in your power and sovereignty, knowing that you are in control of all things. May your peace reign in my heart and in the hearts of those around me. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you will always be with us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
