Praying from Psalms 142:5. Themes: Refuge, Provision, Trust

Dear Yahweh,

I come to you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. I cry out to you, knowing that you are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living. I trust in your unfailing love and your never-ending grace.

I claim the promise that you are my refuge, my safe haven in times of trouble. I know that I can always turn to you for comfort and strength. You are my portion, my sustenance, and my source of life. I thank you for providing for all my needs and for giving me the strength to face each day.

I pray that you will continue to be my refuge and my portion in the days ahead. Help me to trust in your goodness and your faithfulness, even when life is difficult. May I always find my hope and my joy in you.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
