Dear Lord, I come to you today with a heavy heart, feeling like I am surrounded by those who seek to harm me. But I claim the promise in your word that says, “They have prepared a net for my steps. My soul is bowed down. They dig a pit before me. They fall into the middle of it themselves.” I trust in your protection and guidance, knowing that those who seek to harm me will ultimately fall into their own traps. Help me to walk in your ways and to trust in your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
