Dear Lord, I pray that destruction comes upon those who seek to harm me or others, but let it come upon them unawares. May their own hidden traps and snares catch them, and may they fall into the destruction they have planned for others. May justice be served, and may your will be done. Amen.
Verse: Let destruction come on him unawares. Let his net that he has hidden catch himself. Let him fall into that destruction.
Psalms 35:8
This is a Command. The verse is instructing the reader to wish destruction upon someone who has hidden a net to catch others, and to hope that they themselves fall into their own trap.
