Dear Lord, I come before you with a heavy heart, feeling overwhelmed by the destruction around me. I ask that you look upon me with mercy and rescue my soul from the chaos that surrounds me. Protect my precious life from the lions that seek to devour me. Lord, I trust in your unfailing love and ask that you guide me through this difficult time. Amen.
