Prayer based on Psalms 35:10. Themes: Deliverance, Justice, Oppression

Dear Yahweh,

I declare that all my bones shall say, “Yahweh, who is like you, who delivers the poor from him who is too strong for him; yes, the poor and the needy from him who robs him?” I claim this promise today, knowing that you are the God who delivers the weak and the oppressed.

I trust in your power and your love, knowing that you will never abandon me in my time of need. I ask that you would deliver me from those who seek to harm me, and that you would protect me from those who would rob me of my peace and my joy.

Thank you for your faithfulness and your mercy, and for the promise that you will always be with me, no matter what I face. I give you all the glory and honor, now and forever.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
