Father God, I come before you today claiming the promise that you have given us in your word. You have declared that the daughter of Babylon is doomed to destruction and that those who repay her will be happy. Lord, I pray that you will give me the strength and courage to stand up against the enemy and to fight for what is right. Help me to repay the daughter of Babylon for all the harm and destruction she has caused us. I trust in your promise that those who do so will be happy, and I claim that promise for myself today. Thank you for your faithfulness and for your protection over us. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Daughter of Babylon, doomed to destruction, he will be happy who repays you, as you have done to us.
Psalms 137:8
