Prayer based on Psalms 11:3. Themes: Faith, Justice, Redemption
Dear Lord, we come before you today with heavy hearts, knowing that the foundations of our world are being shaken. We see chaos and confusion all around us, and we feel helpless to stop it. But we know that you are the one who holds all things together, and we trust in your power and your goodness. Help us to be strong and courageous in the face of adversity, and to stand firm on the solid rock of your truth. Give us wisdom and discernment to know how to respond to the challenges of our time, and to be a light in the darkness. We pray that you would strengthen the foundations of our families, our communities, and our nation, and that you would guide us in the way of righteousness. May we never lose sight of your love and your grace, and may we always remember that you are with us, even in the midst of the storm. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
Verse: If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?
Psalms 11:3
This is a Command. The verse is a call to action for the righteous to do something when the foundations are destroyed, although it does not specify what that action should be.
