Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you have given us in Proverbs 8:6. I ask that you open my ears to hear the excellent things that you have to speak to me. May my heart be receptive to your words and may they guide me towards the right path. I pray that as I speak, my lips will only utter right things that bring glory to your name. Help me to be a vessel of your truth and wisdom, and may my words be a source of encouragement and inspiration to those around me. Thank you for your promise to speak excellent things and for the assurance that the opening of my lips will be for right things. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
