Dear God, please help me to have a lowly spirit and to be humble in all that I do. Help me to remember that it is better to be with the poor than to be with the proud. Please guide me to always choose the path of righteousness and to avoid the temptation of greed and selfishness. May I always be willing to share with those in need and to be a blessing to others. Thank you for your love and guidance. Amen.

Verse: It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor, than to divide the plunder with the proud.
Proverbs 16:19
