Prayer based on Proverbs 11:11. Themes: Blessing, Uprightness, Wickedness
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in Proverbs 11:11 that says, “By the blessing of the upright, the city is exalted, but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.” I pray that you would bless me and make me upright in your sight. May my words and actions bring glory to your name and may they be a blessing to those around me. I pray for the city I live in, that it would be exalted by your blessings and that your hand of protection would be upon it. I pray that you would silence the mouth of the wicked and prevent them from causing harm and destruction. Thank you for your promise of exaltation and protection, and I trust in your faithfulness to fulfill it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
