Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. I claim this promise for myself and for all those who have suffered persecution for standing up for what is right. May we find comfort in knowing that our reward is great in heaven and may we continue to stand firm in our faith, even in the face of adversity. Thank you for your love and protection. Amen.
