Prayer based on Matthew 21:25. Themes: Authority, Faith, Truth
Dear Lord,
We come before you with a question in our hearts, just as the Pharisees asked, “The baptism of John, where was it from? From heaven or from men?” We seek your guidance and wisdom to answer this question.
We know that if we say, “From heaven,” we will be asked, “Why then did you not believe him?” So, we pray for the courage to believe in your word and follow your teachings without hesitation.
Help us to discern the truth and not be swayed by the opinions of others. May we always seek your will and trust in your divine plan for our lives.
We ask for your forgiveness for any doubts or disbelief we may have had in the past. May we always have faith in you and your teachings.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
