Dear Lord Jesus, as I lay here in my sickness, I pray that you see me and know the pain and struggle I have been enduring for so long. I ask that you come to me and ask me the same question you asked the man in the Bible, “Do you want to be made well?” Lord, I answer with a resounding yes! Please heal me, restore my health, and make me whole again. I trust in your power and love, and I thank you for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Verse: When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been sick for a long time, he asked him,“Do you want to be made well?”
John 5:6

This is a Command. Jesus asks the man if he wants to be made well, implying that the man must make a decision to accept healing.
