Dear Lord Jesus, just as you commanded the man to arise, take up his mat, and walk, I pray that you would give me the strength and courage to rise up from any situation that is holding me down. Help me to take up my mat, the burdens and challenges of my life, and walk forward with faith and confidence in you. May your healing power be upon me, and may I experience the fullness of your grace and love in my life. In your holy name, I pray. Amen.
