Dear God,
I claim the promise of your healing power in my life. Just as the man in the Bible leaped up and began to walk, I pray that you would heal me from my afflictions and give me the strength to walk in your ways.
I ask that you would enter into my life and guide me on the path of righteousness. May I walk with you, leaping with joy and praising your holy name.
Thank you for your promise of healing and restoration. I trust in your unfailing love and know that you will never leave me nor forsake me.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Acts 3:8
This is a Promise. The verse describes the miraculous healing of a man who was unable to walk, and his subsequent joyful praise of God. There is no explicit command given to the reader.
