Dear Lord, just as you instructed your disciples to keep a little boat near you to avoid being pressed by the crowd, I pray that you would keep me close to you in the midst of the chaos and distractions of this world. Help me to stay focused on you and your will for my life. Protect me from the pressures and demands of the world that seek to pull me away from you. May I always find refuge and safety in your presence. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
