Prayer based on Mark 3:5. Themes: Anger, Healing, Hardening of Hearts.
Dear Lord, when we see the hardness of heart in those around us, may we be filled with righteous anger and grieved for their spiritual well-being. Help us to be instruments of your healing power, and may we always be willing to stretch out our hands to those in need. May our actions bring restoration and wholeness to those who are hurting, just as you restored the man’s hand. We pray this in your holy name. Amen.
Verse: When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man,“Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
