Dear Lord, just as your disciples came to you in the midst of a storm, I come to you now with my own troubles and fears. I claim the promise that you have power over all things, including the wind and the waves. Just as you rebuked the storm and brought calm to the sea, I ask that you bring peace to my heart and still the chaos in my life. Help me to trust in your power and to have faith that you will see me through any storm. Thank you for your love and protection. Amen.
