Dear Lord, as I come before you today, I pray that I will not be tempted to test you or doubt your power. Help me to trust in your sovereignty and to have faith in your promises. May I always remember that you are the Almighty God, and that I should never put you to the test. Thank you for your love and grace, and for always being there for me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Jesus answering, said to him,“It has been said, ‘ You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”
Luke 4:12
