Praying from 1 John 4:1 relating to Discernment, False prophets, Testing spirits.

Dear God, my beloved, I pray that you give me discernment to not believe every spirit that comes my way. Help me to test the spirits and determine whether they are from you or not. Protect me from the false prophets that have gone out into the world. May I always seek your truth and guidance in all things. Amen.

Verse: Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
1 John 4:1
