Praying from Luke 24:26. Themes: Suffering, Glory.
Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in your word that the Christ had to suffer these things and enter into his glory. I pray that you would help me to remember that suffering is a part of the journey towards glory. Help me to trust in your plan for my life, even when it is difficult. I pray that you would give me the strength to endure any trials that come my way, knowing that you are with me every step of the way. Thank you for the promise of glory that awaits us, and for the hope that it brings. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Luke 24:26
This is a Promise. The verse is referring to the fulfillment of prophecy that the Christ would suffer and then enter into his glory. It is not giving a command to the reader.
