Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in your word. Though they may scourge and kill us, we know that on the third day, we will rise again. We trust in your power and your love for us, and we know that you will never leave us nor forsake us. Help us to remain steadfast in our faith, even in the face of persecution and trials. May we always remember that you are with us, and that nothing can separate us from your love. Thank you for the promise of resurrection, and for the hope that it brings. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
