Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given to your disciples. I desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and I know that you will make it possible for me. I trust in your timing and your plan, and I know that when the day comes, I will see your glory and your power. Thank you for your promise, and I pray that you will continue to guide me and strengthen me as I wait for your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: He said to the disciples,“The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it.
Luke 17:22

This is a Promise. The verse is a prediction that there will be a time when the disciples will long to see the Son of Man, but will not be able to.
