Dear Lord, I claim the promise that if we do not listen to Moses and the prophets, we will not be persuaded even if one rises from the dead. Help me to always listen to your word and follow your commands. May I never be swayed by false teachings or distractions that lead me away from your truth. Thank you for the assurance that your word is enough to guide me and keep me on the right path. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is saying that even if someone were to rise from the dead, those who do not listen to Moses and the prophets will still not be persuaded. It is a warning that simply witnessing miracles or supernatural events is not enough to change someone’s heart and beliefs.
