Prayer based on Luke 12:1. Themes: Warning, Hypocrisy, Multitude

Dear Lord, as we gather together in multitudes, we pray for your guidance and protection. Help us to be mindful of the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. May we not be swayed by false teachings or misled by those who claim to be righteous but are not. Give us discernment to recognize the truth and the courage to stand firm in our faith. We ask for your grace and mercy to be upon us as we seek to follow you. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Verse: Meanwhile, when a multitude of many thousands had gathered together, so much so that they trampled on each other, he began to tell his disciples first of all,“Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
Luke 12:1
