Prayer based on Luke 11:31. Themes: Judgment, Wisdom, Greater One.

Dear Lord,

I claim the promise that the Queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them. I pray that I may have the same hunger and thirst for wisdom that she had, and that I may be willing to go to the ends of the earth to hear it.

I thank you that you have sent one greater than Solomon, Jesus Christ, to be my wisdom and my salvation. I pray that I may always seek him and follow him, and that I may never be ashamed of his name.

May I be counted among those who are faithful to you, and may I be found worthy to stand with the Queen of the South in the judgment. I ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: The Queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation and will condemn them, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, one greater than Solomon is here.
Luke 11:31

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the Queen of the South will rise up in judgment and condemn the men of that generation because she traveled from afar to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and now someone greater than Solomon is present.
