Dear Lord, I claim the promise that the men of Nineveh will stand up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it. I pray that I may be like the men of Nineveh who repented at the preaching of Jonah. Help me to turn away from my sins and seek your forgiveness. I believe that you are greater than Jonah and that you have the power to save me. Thank you for your mercy and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse states that the men of Nineveh will condemn the current generation because they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and now someone greater than Jonah is present. This is a promise that those who repent will be justified in the judgment.
