Prayer based on John 8:7. Themes: Forgiveness, Judgment, Hypocrisy.
Dear Lord, as we come before you today, we ask for your forgiveness and mercy. Help us to remember the words of Jesus when he said, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw the first stone at her.” May we always be mindful of our own shortcomings and refrain from judging others. Give us the strength to show compassion and love to those who may have fallen short, just as you have shown us. We pray for your guidance and wisdom as we navigate through this world, and we ask for your grace to help us be better people. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to not judge others if they themselves are not without sin.
