Dear Lord Jesus, as I partake of your body and blood, may I be filled with your life and love. May I abide in you and you in me, so that I may live a life that is pleasing to you. Help me to always remember the sacrifice you made for me on the cross and to live my life in a way that honors you. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the gift of eternal life. In your holy name I pray, Amen.

John 6:56
