Dear Lord, I humbly submit myself to you and your word. I believe that your flesh is food indeed, and your blood is drink indeed. I claim the promise that by partaking in your body and blood, I will have eternal life. Help me to always remember the sacrifice you made for me and to live a life that honors you. Amen.
