Dear Lord Jesus, as you lifted up your eyes and saw the great multitude coming to you, we too lift up our eyes to you and come to you in prayer. We ask for your guidance and provision, just as you asked Philip where to buy bread for the people to eat. Please provide for our needs, both physical and spiritual, and help us to trust in your abundant grace and mercy. May we always turn to you in times of need and find comfort in your loving presence. Amen.

Verse: Jesus therefore, lifting up his eyes and seeing that a great multitude was coming to him, said to Philip,“Where are we to buy bread, that these may eat?”
John 6:5

This is a Command. Jesus is asking Philip where they can buy bread to feed the multitude.
